I can not think of a greater recommendation to a builder than when ready to upgrade to a new home you refuse to consider a different builder. This is exactly what happened to us. We moved to Innisfil and bought our home from San Diego Homes. A few years later when considering getting a larger home we could not even think about choosing a different builder. The level of quality, service, workmanship, follow up and flexibility to customize our home from this builder was incredible.

The level of communication and commitment is something remarkable. Absolutely everyone we encountered in every step of the process was understanding and flexible to ensure not only that we received the home of our dreams but also that it was exactly as we envisioned. We have purchased several new homes in our lifetime and this has been the most pleasant ownership experience we have had to date. This pleasant experience started the first time we met Cheryl, Mary, and the Rizzardo family in the sales home on their Opening Day. All of their combined knowledge helped greatly in choosing our new home and building lot. This amazing customer service continues to this day, even though we have taken possession. It is the little things that really count. From Diego and Sandi stopping on their way home to ask how we are doing in our new home.

Jessica, Silvano, and Cheryl providing us with updates and phone calls to schedule sub trades, so they are able to get in to our home to complete the few small items not finished so we could close on time. Everyone we deal with has a caring and sincere attitude toward us, the customer and everyone has made sure completion of the small list of pre-delivery items are being dealt with in the most efficient manner possible and with the lowest impact to us. In closing purchasing a SanDiego Home feels more like being part of the family than being just an owner of one of your new homes.
